This is the 163 Volkswagen 1600 TL Fastback I got at a local flea market for 5 bucks. It needed tires, seatbacks, headlights, drivers door, and a trunk lid. It also needed a bit of straightening out on the roof. I got all the parts from my local source and it came together rather well. I had a tough time with the seatbacks as the supports kept breaking, but they finally went in. Below is what it looked like when I got it.
