These are the 25x - 430 Commer Wreckers. The front one I got in a collection from a friend of mine and only needed the hook and string. The rear one I got off ebay for a good price. 

I also got a red and grey one seen below from a chap in Edmonton. It needed a hook and string as well as tires. It is the truck with the plastic hubs. They are chipped but I am going to leave them.
