This is the 278 Vauxhall Ambulance I acquired off ebay from a chap in Ontario. It is in very good shape and still has the stretcher with it. A nice addition to the collection.

Below is another one I got in a collection from a restorer in Edmonton. It needed the rear door, windscreen, and a general cleanup.
