This is the #288 Cadillac Superior Ambulance in the 1/35 scale. I got it off Ebay for 25 bucks. The box I got in a group of other toys I picked up for an unbelievable price. It is very similar to the 267 Ambulance seen here, but doesn't have the flashing light. 

Below are two different versions of the toy made by Dinky. The red one is the Falck version I repainted when I picked up a toy with the rare blue light. The black one is another toy I got for a great price. I replaced the back door and painted it in the black livery. I am still working on the decals though.
