This is the 36a Armstrong-Siddeley touring car I got at a local flea market. This is the post war version with the solid chassis. It was in tough shape with the two front cab supports gone, the roof mashed down, and bubble gum melted throughout with matches. The headlights were also gone. I straightened the roof out and made new supports. The hardest part was trying to get the gum out of it. I replaced the grill and got white tires for it. Although it is hard to see I painted it a lovely maroon color. It makes a great addition to my collection. Below is what it looked like when I got it.
