This is the 591 - 991 Monarch Shell Tanker I got from a friend of mine here in town. He is also the source for all my parts. He was going to melt it down for recasting, but gave it to me to try to rebuild. I had to rebuild the cab posts and make axles for it and buy hubs and tires,  but it turned out pretty good. Below is what it looked like when I got it.
