This is the Hawker Siddeley HS123 Executive Jet I got off ebay for a good price. It is complete and in working order although the paint is chipped a bit. I doubt I will do anything to it. Below is the blue and white version I have also found. It is in great shape and I won't be doing anything to it. There is also an RAF version I am still looking for.
